 Property Promotion is Key
Sounds easy enough, right? Actually, much effort goes into
making the Branson community aware of your property. In fact
there are a variety of ways to spread the message. And it doesn’t
stop at promoting. Read on to learn more.
Promoting To Realtors
One aspect of increasing awareness of your home's availability is to promote the property to other Realtors. This can be done in many ways. Below is a list of methods we practice to make agents aware of our listings.
- Good old print is one way to market your condominium or other
property. We distribute quality information regarding your
listing to other Realtors – including other Realtors with
listings in the same price range and geographical area as your
home.
- Getting your property into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
immediately is one effective way to promote your condo to Realtors.
This network is a great way to put your home in front of as
many agents as possible.
- Realtors don’t use only the MLS. They also publish their
E-mail addresses for quick communication. Our team utilizes E-mail
to increase awareness of your property’s availability.
- Since the goal is to find the right buyer for your home. I
contact agents with listings similar to your property and find
out who has been showing those listings. As a result, I am able
to let them know about your home’s availability while they
are actively searching for a home like yours.
- Promote your property to other Realtors at all special
meetings including:
- Office Meetings
- Company Gatherings
- MLS Meetings
- Board Meetings
- I try to benefit you as a homeowner, by means of my excellent
reputation within the real estate community and the networking
systems I have established in the Branson, Tri-Lakes area.
Promote to General Public
You never know from where a lead might originate. Rather than relying on one avenue only, we prefer to market your home to the general public for increased awareness using the following channels:
- Creating awareness in the public arena is an important aspect
of marketing your property. Some of the methods we use to increase
this awareness are as follows:
- "For Sale" signs displayed where allowed. For sale signs
have my web address & direct phone number on them.
- My Internet address is on my yard sign, which advertises all
of my listings when RealtyExecutivesBranson.com is accessed.
- Notify neighborhood residents of availability by mailing out "Just
Listed" postcards to the surrounding area.
- Immediately place a "Just Listed" ad in the Branson
Daily News.
- Place photos of your home on my Internet website, exposing
your home to the World Wide Web. We also add your home to Realtor.com.
- Include your home in the Homes Magazine ad.
- Place your home in our Sunday display advertisement.
- Advertise your home on TV - 24 hours a day.
- Check computer databases for any purchasers expressing interest
in homes in your home’s price range. This is done at
least weekly, as we strive to match real estate listings with
buyers that have called into our office.
- Provide nationwide exposure with our fully staffed Relocation
Department.
- Hold open houses, as needed, for the purpose of generating
buyer interest.
